F2L LEADERSHIP JOURNEY

In this rhythm, you will go through modules and learning on how to lead yourself, lead others, and lead a business. It starts with the foundation (you) and builds essential skills to develop you into an exceptional leader. At the conclusion of the journey is a capstone in which you will develop your own leadership operating system that is authentically yourself.

This journey is based on content developed around coaching rhythms. We will meet once or twice per month to discuss your path and progress (approx. 1 hour total). We will also communicate by email, text, phone, etc. as needed.

This journey is estimated to take 12 months (fast pace) to 24 months (slower pace) with most individuals finishing around 18 months. It is essential to match the pace to what you are able to commit to.

F2L INTERVIEW PREP

This is a 1:1 interview prep session and guide in which we will pair you with one of our experienced managers that have interviewed candidates for various roles in multiple industries.

The format: Meet for 20 minutes to discuss your needs, break for 7-14 days for you to prepare, then meet for 30-45 minutes to have a practice interview and note feedback for improvement. Last, we will break for 7 days for you to hone your approach and meet again for 45 minutes - 1 hour to have a mock interview and feedback session.
