In this rhythm, you will go through modules and learning on how to lead yourself, lead others, and lead a business. It starts with the foundation (you) and builds essential skills to develop you into an exceptional leader. At the conclusion of the journey is a capstone in which you will develop your own leadership operating system that is authentically yourself.
This journey is based on content developed around coaching rhythms. We will meet once or twice per month to discuss your path and progress (approx. 1 hour total). We will also communicate by email, text, phone, etc. as needed.
This journey is estimated to take 12 months (fast pace) to 24 months (slower pace) with most individuals finishing around 18 months. It is essential to match the pace to what you are able to commit to.
